114年儲值餘額退費申請

冷氣卡儲值餘額退費請填寫下列表單，並依預約日期(限上班日)攜帶卡片到宿舍服務組確認餘額，退費僅限郵局帳戶。

For a refund of the remaining balance on your power card, please fill out the form below. Bring your card to the Campus Housing Service Division on the scheduled date (weekdays only) to confirm the balance. Refunds are limited to Chunghwa Post Bank accounts only.

如無郵局帳戶，可以親友帳戶代替(惟須提供其姓名及身分證號)

If you do not have a Chunghwa Post Bank account, you may use a friend or family member’s account instead (you will need to provide their name and ID number).

退費申請上班時段9:00~11:30、14:00~16:00，隨到隨辦，惟實際退款作業採批次作業，每學期劃帳1次。

Refund applications are processed during office hours, 9:00–11:30 and 14:00–16:00, However, refunds are issued in batches, with transfers processed once per semester.
